Belleffects belongs to an up and coming young makeup artist and costume creator, Emilia Bell.
The site had to reflect Emilia’s enthusiasm for colour and design, while displaying her versatility.
This was my first use of WordPress.
Now, more than 8 years later, I am reviving it with a new look and a new purpose.
